Company and regulation
WEN LTD, registration 2025-00872, an International Business Company in Saint Lucia, registered at The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet. A new entity - its Terms were last amended in February 2026.
It is not regulated and claims no licence: “No part of the services we provide should be interpreted as an investment service under Saint Lucian or international law. We do not offer investment advice, guidance, or recommendations.” It is also explicit that it is “not an exchange, and we do not hold client deposits.”
The accounts are simulated, and Wen Crypto puts this at the very top of its Terms rather than burying it: “CRITICAL NOTICE: All accounts provided to our clients are demo accounts with simulated funds.” The funded stage too: “The funded stage uses simulated capital. Your payouts are real and based on your reward split.”
Two things we should flag rather than skip. First, no team, founders or leadership are named anywhere on the site - the About page promises to introduce the team and then does not. Second, the testimonials shown on the About, home and Buy Now Pay Later pages under a heading about why traders chose WenCrypto actually praise Maven Trading by name (“Thanks to Maven, I have developed better risk management”). Those appear to be another firm’s testimonials presented as Wen Crypto’s. A link between the two firms has been reported elsewhere, but Wen Crypto’s own site never states it, so we are not going to assert it as fact.
To its considerable credit, though, the risk disclosure publishes a statistic almost no competitor volunteers: “statistics indicate that the likelihood of a participant successfully navigating the evaluation phases to execute a withdrawal is less than 2.5% per transaction.” That is the firm telling you, in writing, that fewer than 1 in 40 attempts reaches a payout.

Account sizes are $5k, $10k, $20k, $50k and $100k, capped at $100,000 per account type and $300,000 of total funding. There is no scaling programme. Genesis is marked “coming soon” and unpriced, so it is announced rather than purchasable - though confusingly the Terms already describe it as a live service.
List prices run $44-$949, but a permanent 25% code (WEN) is served site-wide as an always-on banner and auto-applied at checkout, so the list prices are effectively fictional. Every card carries the asterisk “price with coupon.”
Buy Now, Pay Later is the interesting commercial idea and the one to be careful with. You pay $5-$20 up front, hit a gentle 4% target with no daily limit at all, and then pay the real fee ($69-$589) to activate a funded account paying 100% of profits. That is an honest structure - the 100% is bought with the deferred fee, not dangled as an upsell.
But note what changes at the moment you activate. The evaluation has no daily limit and a static drawdown. The funded account has a 3% daily limit and a 5% trailing drawdown that follows your highest end-of-day equity, plus a 20% consistency requirement before you can withdraw. The rules flip precisely at the point you have paid the largest part of the fee, and a $5 entry price is exactly the moment a buyer is least likely to read them.
Drawdown
On the two flagship products the drawdown is static, and Wen Crypto explains it well: “Static max drawdown (what that means): It’s calculated from your starting balance, not trailing.”
The daily limit is “based on your balance or equity (whichever is higher) at 00:00 UTC,” and their worked example is refreshingly concrete: “If your account is $102,000 at 00:00 UTC, your daily breach level is $96,900.”
On Buy Now Pay Later’s funded stage the model changes to trailing: “It follows your highest end-of-day equity point… Funded at $10,000 with a 5% trailing max drawdown, your starting breach level is $9,500. If your end-of-day equity climbs to $11,000, your new trailing level becomes $10,450.” It trails on end-of-day equity rather than intraday, which is gentler than most trailing models - but no lock-at-starting-balance rule is published.
The rule worth the whole review: the Genesis reward ladder
Genesis is not yet purchasable, but it is the most genuinely original mechanic we have come across in this sector, and it is worth understanding.
There is no profit target at all. Instead, your profit split itself is the progression, ratcheting up and down with your results:

A winning day (more than 1% gain) moves you up a level. A losing day (more than 1% loss) moves you down. Everything else is neutral, and you cannot fall below level one. Reach level 14 and the split exceeds 100% - Wen Crypto pays you more than the simulated profit you made. Reach level 10 and your account fee is refunded.
Here is the part that makes it clever, and slightly ruthless. You can withdraw on any day - but withdrawing resets you to level 1 and back to your initial balance. In the firm’s own words: “If you withdraw, you reset back to the initial balance and start your ascent again… Because we’re not rewarding YOLO roulette.”
So cashing out early means taking 5% of your profit. Reaching 109% needs fourteen net winning days without touching the money, all while staying inside a 4% trailing drawdown. It converts the profit split from a fixed number into a genuine timing decision - when do you stop climbing and take the money? We have not seen another firm do anything like it, and whether it is generous or punishing depends entirely on how long you can hold your nerve.
Caveat: Genesis is marked “coming soon” with its price shown as an emoji, so none of this is buyable today. The pricing card also advertises a “200% profit split,” which contradicts the FAQ’s stated 109% ceiling and looks like placeholder copy that reached production.
Payouts and rules
- Cycle: a withdrawal every 10 business days (daily on Genesis). Requires completed KYC via Veriff and no breach at the time of request.
- Caps: disclosed up front, which is welcome - “the first withdrawal is capped at 6%. The second withdrawal is capped at 8%. The third and fourth withdrawals are unlimited.”
- Minimum, processing time and payout methods: not published anywhere. The Terms mention “minimum payout thresholds” without naming one. That is a real gap.
- Minimum trading days: three winning days on Single and Double Pass, where a winning day means more than 1% gain. None on Buy Now Pay Later.
- Consistency: 20%, on Buy Now Pay Later only, and the formula is published with a worked example - best day divided by total profit must be 20% or below to withdraw.
- News trading: “fully permitted during the evaluation with no restrictions.” Weekend and overnight holding: permitted for all account types. Both genuinely good.
- Leverage: 5:1 on BTC and ETH, 2:1 on altcoins. Commission 0.04% per order, plus a 0.033% daily swap on positions open at 00:00 UTC.
- EAs and bots: banned outright - “under any circumstances.” In a 24/7 market where automation is the norm, that is a serious constraint for crypto traders.
Two contradictions worth knowing. The homepage advertises “100+ crypto assets from stable coins to altcoins” while the FAQ states plainly: “Stablecoins (USDT, USDC, DAI, etc.) are not tradeable.” And the inactivity rule is 28 days in the FAQ but 30 days in the Terms.
The refund badge
Every price card on the site carries a “REFUNDABLE” badge. The FAQ explains what is actually meant: “You get a full refund of the challenge once you have successfully achieved three withdrawals.” That is a rebate for successful traders, not a refund.
The Terms go further in the other direction: “All purchases are considered final and non-refundable. Since our services are delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds for evaluation programs.”
So the badge says one thing flatly, the FAQ conditions it heavily, and the binding contract denies it outright with no carve-out. Given the firm’s own published figure that fewer than 2.5% of attempts reach a withdrawal - let alone three - the practical value of that badge is very small for most buyers. It is the weakest point on the site and the easiest one for them to fix.
Verdict
There is a lot here we genuinely like. The rule documentation is above the industry norm - static versus trailing is defined explicitly, with worked arithmetic, and the consistency formula comes with a five-day example. News trading is unrestricted, weekend holding is allowed on every account, the drawdown on both flagship products is static, withdrawal caps are disclosed up front rather than applied silently, commissions are published as actual numbers, and there is no monthly fee, no reset upsell and no paid split add-on. The firm even publishes its own dismal success rate, which almost nobody does.
Against that: a brand-new Saint Lucia entity with no named team, testimonials that praise a different firm, a “REFUNDABLE” badge its own Terms contradict, an outright ban on bots in a market that runs on them, and a Buy Now Pay Later product whose rules tighten sharply at the exact moment you pay the real fee. The Terms also prohibit criticising the firm publicly, which is worth knowing when weighing any review corpus - including, in fairness, ours.
Worth a look if you trade crypto manually and value clear rules. Read the Terms rather than the badges, and treat Genesis as an interesting promise rather than a product.
