In April 2025 the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) issued an investor warning that the firm was not registered and lacked authorization. Widespread payout failure complaints preceded the shutdown. ⚠️ DO NOT PURCHASE

Forex Prop Firm (forexpropfirm.com) was operated by FPF Technology Group, registered at 270 Trace Colony Park Ste B, Ridgeland, MS 39157. The firm launched January 2022, grew to 31,000+ clients and claimed $8.3M in payouts. However, complaints about payout failures and changing rules escalated through 2024-2025. The Ontario Securities Commission issued a formal warning in April 2025. The website went offline in July 2025. As of March 2026 the site remains inaccessible. Do not attempt to purchase any challenge — the operator cannot be reached and funds are at risk of being unrecoverable.

What To Do If You Are Affected

If you paid for a challenge and did not receive funded access or payouts, file a complaint with your card issuer for a chargeback (within your bank’s dispute window). Report to the Ontario Securities Commission at osc.ca, the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint, or your local financial regulator. Document all transaction receipts, emails, and account screenshots before submitting any dispute.
