Firm Overview

Top One Futures, LLC is a simulated futures trading provider based in Wyoming. Its website describes demo-account trading and states that it is not a broker or licensed investment service provider. A simulated funded balance is not cash deposited in a trader-owned brokerage account. A move to live trading requires a separate review.

Do not confuse Top One Futures with Top One Trader: check the rulebook for the exact firm, programme and purchase date.

Programmes and Drawdown Models

The official checkout currently presents four programme families. The help centre also retains Elite Challenge and S2F Sim PRO documentation; documentation alone does not establish that an older plan is currently available to buy.

Current programme distinctions, checked September 25, 2026
ProgrammeEntry routeDrawdown and consistency
Elite Daily V2Evaluation: 6% targetEOD trailing; 40% evaluation consistency, no funded consistency rule
Elite AccessEvaluation: 6% target, one minimum trading day, 30-day limitCheck the selected EOD or Intraday funded option; 40% payout consistency
Instant Sim FundedNo evaluationEOD trailing; 20% payout consistency
IgniteNo evaluationEOD trailing; 15% payout consistency

Evaluation and funded-stage loss allowances can differ. For example, Elite Daily V2 lists evaluation allowances of $1,000/$2,000/$3,000/$4,500 for $25K/$50K/$100K/$150K, but funded allowances of $1,000/$2,000/$2,500/$3,500. Account size alone is not the amount you can lose. Sources: Elite Daily V2 overview, Elite Access overview and account comparison guide.

Elite Daily V2 loss limits: the daily loss limit is $500/$1,000/$1,250/$1,850 for $25K/$50K/$100K/$150K in both stages. Hitting it pauses trading for the day. The separate Daily V2 maximum-loss guide defines the MLL as an end-of-day check: closing at or below the floor permanently breaches the account. Do not apply that rule to a different programme.

What It Actually Costs

The pricing tables on this page use JoinProp’s shared firm data, also used in our comparisons. The current Elite Access offer is $39 once for the evaluation, with a separate activation fee after passing. That is not the full cost of a funded account. Other plans have different fees and billing periods.

For a $50K Elite Access EOD account, the checked offer is $39 plus a $189 activation fee: $228 before optional resets or other charges. The equivalent activation fees for $25K/$100K/$150K are $139/$259/$359. The homepage advertises a separate Intraday activation promotion; check eligibility at checkout. Do not compare an evaluation fee with another firm’s all-in funded cost.

Elite Daily’s standard evaluation prices are $178/$218/$398/$549 per month for $25K/$50K/$100K/$150K. Instant Sim Funded and Ignite are one-time purchases. Promotions can change; see official pricing and Access fees and time limits.

Lock Upon Payout: Calculate the Remaining Buffer

The official Lock Upon Payout guide says the drawdown floor becomes the starting balance plus $100 when a withdrawal is requested.

Its $100K example starts with a $105,000 balance. A $3,000 withdrawal leaves $102,000 against a $100,100 floor, leaving $1,900 of room.

Illustrative $50K calculation: $53,000 − $2,500 = $50,500. Against a $50,100 floor, the remaining room is $400. This is arithmetic illustrating the lock, not an Elite Access payout example: that programme has separate caps and buffers. A smaller withdrawal leaves more room for subsequent losses.

Getting Paid

There is no single payout gate across the range. Check the funded programme, account size and payout cycle rather than applying a universal 6% target or $2,500 cap.

Elite Access requires a retained buffer of $1,500/$2,000/$3,000/$4,500 and qualifying daily profits of at least $200/$250/$300/$350 respectively. From the second request, at least half of the requested payout must come from new profit. On-demand eligibility does not guarantee processing speed. Elite Daily V2 payout buffers: $1,500/$2,500/$3,500/$4,500 for $25K/$50K/$100K/$150K. For each request, at least 50% of the payout must be profit earned since the previous withdrawal; a $1,000 request needs at least $500 of new profit. Daily eligibility is not an unconditional withdrawal entitlement. Source: Daily V2 overview.

Profit Split and Live Trading

The current simulated-account policy specifies a flat 90% trader share and no paid split upgrade. The old 100%-of-first-$20,000 statement should not be used to describe a new account.

The live trading policy uses an 80% trader share and a zero-equity starting account with a drawdown allowance. Transition and scaling depend on risk-team review. It is a separate arrangement, not a transfer of 10% of simulated profit.

Most programmes reach risk review after three successful payouts from one account; Elite Daily normally requires five. Review can leave a trader in simulation, and an earlier transition is possible. Many traders first enter Pre-Live, which remains simulated, with an 80% share. Other accounts are disabled during transition review and remaining simulated funded accounts close on the move to Live. The programme-specific guide and risk team determine account availability and scaling.

Platforms and Trading Rules

  • Platforms: . Confirm compatibility with the account you select.
  • News: funded Elite Access and Elite Daily restrict activity during the two minutes before and after specified high-impact releases. Evaluation rules differ.
  • Automation: bots, EAs and automated trading are prohibited.
  • Trade duration: positions must be held longer than 10 seconds. Exactly 10 seconds does not meet the requirement.

Before You Buy

Check the exact plan’s billing, activation charges, reset terms, trading restrictions and payout buffer. Promotional account limits or discounts may differ from standard help-centre terms; ask support to confirm the offer that applies to your purchase. Read the terms and conditions before paying.

Top One Futures may suit discretionary futures traders seeking a choice between evaluations and instant simulated accounts. It does not suit a strategy that relies on automated execution. Assess usable drawdown and the balance left after payouts, rather than the nominal funded balance alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Lock Upon Payout?

The published rule fixes the trailing drawdown floor at the starting balance plus $100 when a payout is requested. For example, $53,000 minus a $2,500 withdrawal leaves $50,500: only $400 above a $50,100 floor. Check the applicable programme’s separate buffer and payout caps before using this illustration.

How much profit do I need before my first payout?

It depends on the programme. Elite Access needs its account-size buffer plus the requested payout, five qualifying profitable days and 40% consistency. A $50K Elite Access account needs $2,500 profit for the $500 minimum payout. Instant Sim Funded uses a 6% first-payout target; Ignite uses 5%. Elite Daily V2 also has account-size payout buffers and requires at least half of each requested payout to come from profit earned since the previous withdrawal.

Is the drawdown end-of-day or intraday?

The current range includes different drawdown options. Elite Daily and Instant Sim Funded use end-of-day trailing drawdown; the Elite Access checkout offers EOD and Intraday funded options. S2F Sim PRO has its own intraday rulebook. Check the specific account and stage.

Do I get 100% of my first $20,000?

The current official policy lists a flat 90% trader share on simulated funded accounts. Do not apply the old 100%-of-first-$20,000 claim to a new purchase.

Can I use an EA or a trading bot?

No. The official prohibited-practices policy bans automated trading, bots and EAs. Trades must be held for longer than 10 seconds; exactly 10 seconds does not satisfy the rule.

What happens if I reach a Live account?

Risk review normally follows three payouts from one account, or five for Elite Daily; approval is not automatic. Traders may first enter a simulated Pre-Live stage with an 80% share. Live uses an 80% share and zero starting equity with a loss allowance. Other accounts are restricted during transition; check the official live policy and programme-specific terms.

Is Top One Futures the same as Top One Trader?

No. They offer different products and rulebooks. Use Top One Futures documentation for these futures accounts.
