TL;DR: Prop365 (now OneFunded) in 30 seconds
- What it is: a UK-registered prop firm (Brynex Tech Limited, trading as OneFunded, formerly Prop365) offering simulated forex/CFD challenges on TradeLocker (and MT5 via a Saint Lucia entity). $5k to $200k.
- The products: Flash (1-step), Core (2-step), Value (2-step, cheapest/stricter) and Instant Funding.
- The rule that defines it: a strict Consistency Rule - on Flash and larger accounts, your best single day can’t exceed 50% (or 40% on the $100k Value) of total phase profit, or you simply can’t pass until you dilute the ratio.
- The hooks: no time limit on any phase, and the challenge fee is refunded on your first payout.
- The split: up to 80%; drawdown is static (4-5% daily, 6-10% max).
- Watch for: passing doesn’t guarantee funding - the firm can decline to recognise a trader at its discretion - and, as with the sector, the accounts are simulated despite “real money” framing.

Company and regulation
Prop365 has rebranded to OneFunded, and prop365.com now redirects to onefunded.com. The operating company is unchanged: Brynex Tech Limited, a UK private limited company (number 15918986, London), with a second entity, OneFunded Capital Ltd (Saint Lucia), handling clients who trade on MetaTrader 5.
It is unregulated and its accounts are simulated. The Terms are unusually clear: the provider “is not authorised or regulated by the FCA… does not accept deposits, does not hold or control client money,” and “any trading conducted through the Services is of a simulated nature and not real. The funds allocated for simulated trading are entirely fictional.” The FSCS and the Financial Ombudsman do not apply. So while the marketing talks about “real money,” the accounts are demo and any payouts are a reward on simulated performance.
The rule that defines it: the Consistency Rule
OneFunded’s most important mechanic is its Consistency Rule (a “best day” cap), enforced as a hard pass-gate with specific numbers. Your single best day’s profit divided by your total phase profit must stay at or below 50% on all Flash challenges and on Core $100k/$200k accounts (and 40% on the Value $100k). It is recalculated automatically every day at 00:00 UTC, and you can watch the live ratio on the dashboard.
The clever part - and the catch - is that breaching it doesn’t fail your account; it just stops you passing until you keep trading to dilute the ratio back under the cap. In practice that quietly blocks “one big trade” passes and forces more genuine trading days, which is a reasonable way to filter for consistency rather than luck. But it also means a single outsized winner can leave you stuck grinding to “earn back” the ratio, so if your style produces occasional large days, plan for it. Understanding this rule is the single most useful thing before you buy, because it directly shapes how you have to trade to pass.
Products, split and drawdown
Four products: Flash (1-step), Core (2-step), Value (2-step, cheapest with stricter rules) and Instant Funding (no evaluation, up to $25k). Account sizes run $5k to $200k. Trading is forex and CFDs on TradeLocker (or MT5 through the Saint Lucia entity). The split is up to 80%, and there is no time limit on any phase.
Drawdown is static, expressed as fixed dollar amounts from the starting balance: Flash uses 4% daily / 6% max; Core 5% daily / 10% max; Value 4% daily / 8% max, with the usual two-phase targets. Minimum trading days are low (one on Flash for smaller sizes, three or four per phase on Core/Value). Fees are one-time per challenge (from about $29 on Value up to ~$899 on the largest Flash), and - a genuine plus - the challenge fee is refunded with your first payout (though Instant Funding fees are non-refundable).
One thing to keep in mind
Passing the challenge does not automatically guarantee funding. The Terms state the provider “reserves the right to accept or refuse to recognize a participant… at its discretion,” is “not obligated to disclose the reasons,” and that its decision is “final and not subject to appeal.” The recurring theme in independent reviews is discretionary account closures near a first payout (often tied to disputed automated-trading accusations). This kind of clause is common across the sector, but it is worth knowing that the “get funded” promise is, contractually, conditional.
Rules and fees at a glance
- Signature rule: Consistency Rule - best day ≤50% (40% on Value $100k) of phase profit to pass.
- Hooks: no time limit on any phase; challenge fee refunded on first payout.
- Split: up to 80%.
- Drawdown: static - Flash 4%/6%, Core 5%/10%, Value 4%/8%.
- Cost: one-time fee (~$29-$899); Instant Funding fee non-refundable.
- Platform: TradeLocker (or MT5 via the Saint Lucia entity); forex and CFDs.
Verdict
Under its new OneFunded name, this is a reasonable, transparently-documented simulated firm. The no-time-limit challenge, fee-refunded-on-first-payout and a Consistency Rule that forces genuine trading rather than luck are all sensible, trader-aware features, and the low Value pricing makes it cheap to attempt.
Keep two things in mind. First, the accounts are simulated and unregulated (no FSCS/Ombudsman), despite “real money” framing. Second, and more practically, passing doesn’t contractually guarantee funding - the firm can decline to recognise a trader at its discretion, and discretionary closures near the first payout are the main complaint theme. If you buy on the rules, plan around the Consistency Rule, and treat funding as conditional rather than automatic, it is a fair option; just don’t assume passing is the finish line.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Prop365 still around, and what is OneFunded?
Prop365 has rebranded to OneFunded, and prop365.com now redirects to onefunded.com. It is the same operating company, Brynex Tech Limited in the UK, so your account and the product continue under the OneFunded name. All current rules and pricing are the live OneFunded terms.
Is OneFunded (Prop365) regulated, and is the capital real?
No. Brynex Tech Limited is not authorised or regulated by the FCA, does not accept deposits and does not hold client money, and its accounts are simulated: the Terms state that any trading is simulated and not real and that the funds are entirely fictional. The FSCS and Financial Ombudsman do not apply, so payouts are a reward on simulated performance rather than real trading profit.
What is the OneFunded (Prop365) Consistency Rule?
It is a best-day cap enforced as a pass-gate: your single best day profit divided by total phase profit must stay at or below 50 percent on all Flash challenges and Core $100k and $200k accounts, and 40 percent on the Value $100k. It is recalculated daily at 00:00 UTC. Breaching it does not fail your account, but you cannot pass until you keep trading to dilute the ratio, which blocks one-big-trade passes.
What is the OneFunded (Prop365) profit split, and are there fees?
The split is up to 80 percent. Fees are one-time per challenge, from around $29 on the Value plan up to about $899 on the largest Flash account, and the challenge fee is refunded with your first payout. Instant Funding fees, however, are non-refundable. There is no monthly subscription.
What are the OneFunded (Prop365) products and drawdown rules?
There are four products: Flash (1-step), Core (2-step), Value (2-step, cheapest and stricter) and Instant Funding up to $25k, with account sizes from $5k to $200k. Drawdown is static: Flash 4 percent daily and 6 percent maximum, Core 5 percent and 10 percent, Value 4 percent and 8 percent. There is no time limit on any phase.
Does passing the OneFunded (Prop365) challenge guarantee funding?
Not contractually. The Terms state the provider reserves the right to accept or refuse to recognise a participant at its discretion, is not obligated to disclose reasons, and that its decision is final and not subject to appeal. Independent reviews report discretionary account closures near a first payout, often tied to disputed automated-trading accusations, so treat funding as conditional rather than automatic.
