The journey

  1. LinkedInTrade 5, an MGC trade stopped out

Trade 5 was a trade on MGCZ2026 (Micro Gold Futures) on the 5-minute chart, sized at 10 micro contracts, and it hit its stop loss. He says gold was moving strongly upward and breaking short-term structure, and the setup did not play out as expected. His lessons: respect the stop loss, never increase risk to recover a loss, check momentum and structure before entering, and protect capital first.

  2. LinkedInTrade 3, an MNQ short hits take profit for +$152

Trade 3 is a short on MNQZ2026 on the 1-hour timeframe, entry 31,444.25, stop loss 31,483.50 and take profit 31,368.25. It reached the planned take profit for +$152, a reward to risk of about 1:1.94. His lesson was patience: one win does not erase a loss, and what matters is consistent execution, controlled risk and learning from every trade.

  3. LinkedInTrade 2, an MNQ short on a break of structure

Trade 2 on the 50,000 dollar Futures Prime account is a short on MNQZ2026, entry around 30,483, stop at 30,540 and take profit at 30,356.75, a reward to risk of 1:2.21. He read bearish structure with a clear break of structure, waited for the retracement and entered with predefined risk and a fixed target. The trade is still open and he says he will share the result once it closes.

  4. LinkedInTrade 1 result, stopped out for 215 dollars

The MNQ short from earlier in the day is closed. Price moved higher instead of rejecting the 30,523.50 zone, so the setup was invalidated and the stop at 30,631.00 was hit for a loss of 215 dollars against a planned 1 to 2.74. He stresses the risk was defined before entry, with no moving the stop, no revenge trading and no chasing, and says a losing trade is part of the process and the journal will document wins and losses alike.

  5. LinkedInTrade 1, an MNQ short setup on the new futures account

Opened the trading journal on the 50,000 dollar Futures Prime account with a short idea on MNQ, the December contract, read on the 1 hour chart. Entry 30,523.50, stop 30,631.00, target 30,229.25, risk 215 dollars against a potential 588.50 dollars, roughly 1 to 2.74. Price pushed strongly into a higher volume area, so the plan is to wait for price to reach the 30,523.50 resistance zone and look for a rejection before entering short. No chasing and no emotional entry, the setup comes first and execution second. He says he will share the outcome of every trade transparently.

  6. LinkedInMoving to a 50,000 dollar futures account with The Trading Pit

JoinProp has moved him off the 10,000 dollar CFD account and on to a 50,000 dollar Futures Prime account with The Trading Pit, following his own request. From tomorrow he will document the journey openly on LinkedIn, every trade rather than only the winners, in two parts, first the entry and the setup behind it, then the result, the management and the lesson learned. His stated goals are to follow the plan, protect capital, manage risk professionally and stay disciplined.

  7. LinkedInTrade 1, a planned XAUUSD short

Opened the challenge with a planned short on gold. Entry around 4,351, stop around 4,361, target around 4,334, roughly 1 to 1.7 risk to reward. The thesis is that gold pushed strongly into the resistance area at 4,351 to 4,352, so he is looking for a rejection from that zone and a move back toward the lower support area. He stresses that the invalidation level was defined before entry and that he will not increase risk because of emotion. The goal is not to predict every move, it is to execute the plan with discipline. Trade in progress, challenge target plus $1,000.

  8. LinkedInApproved for the Eleonex 10k, starting today

Approved for the Eleonex 10k challenge through JoinProp, and starting today. No big promises and no “I am going to pass for sure” energy, just a decision to show up every day, trade with discipline and document everything honestly. He plans to share how he is approaching the 10k account, the setups he takes and the ones he skips, the mental battles that come with it, and the wins, losses and lessons in between. He calls it a real test of everything he has been working on.
