I passed two funded accounts recently, then failed one I was sure I’d pass — because I got cocky around the CPI numbers. My pairs kept dropping, I got stopped out twice at 2.2% risk per setup, then price turned exactly as I’d anticipated. The market didn’t care how close I was, or how many accounts I’d passed before. Overconfidence was the mistake. Failure is part of the business — up to 78.9% of CFD traders lose money. I’m starting another funded challenge at the end of the month, quietly compounding.

I’m up +7.5%. Yesterday I announced my partnership with JoinProp — and it came with a $20K funded account. I took my GBPUSD setup and added positions as the trade moved in my favour. A few got stopped out in profit, closing yesterday at +1.3%; today we’re up +7.5%. This is exactly what I’ve worked towards for years — not predicting the market or chasing trades, just executing the same process over and over. Some days it pays little, some days we learn, some days it pays a lot.

If you’ve noticed, a few respected traders on LinkedIn have been quietly sharing content with a small footer on their posts. At first it felt strange – then I kept seeing it, again and again, and more traders joined in. I remember thinking, ‘whoever came up with this is a marketing genius.’ Good work, Omer Rapaport. The more I looked into what the team was building, the more it caught my interest – not another flashy prop firm promotion, but a different approach. A few conversations later I was invited to join. Today I’m happy to announce I’ve officially joined the Real Prop Challenge in partnership with JoinProp.
