What does Funded account mean?
A funded account is a program account on which a qualifying trader may earn a share of eligible performance. Depending on the provider and stage, the trades may be simulated or live.

Check the agreement’s execution model and reward conditions instead of assuming the displayed account balance is cash you own.
Does funded mean live?
No. Identify the execution model independently from the account label. A simulated account can produce a contractual cash reward; a live account places actual market trades. The account agreement is the appropriate place to establish which model applies.
What should I compare?
Compare the starting balance, usable loss allowance, maximum exposure, reward share and withdrawal conditions together. For example, a large nominal balance paired with a small loss allowance may offer less room for adverse movement than the headline suggests.
