Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the JoinProp “$200,000 Funded Account” giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By entering, you agree to these Terms. The Giveaway is run by JoinProp (“we”, “us”, the “Sponsor”), joinprop.com.

1. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their place of residence) at the time of entry, except where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of JoinProp and its partners, and their immediate families, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited.

3. Entry period

Entries are accepted from the launch of the Giveaway until the draw, which will take place during the first week of September 2026. We may extend or shorten this period at our discretion.

4. How to enter

To enter, submit a valid email address through the official Giveaway form on joinprop.com and confirm your entry via the confirmation email we send you (double opt-in). Only confirmed entries are eligible for the draw. You must also follow JoinProp on at least one of our official social channels (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook) and indicate which one on the entry form. Providing your social username is recommended so we can verify your follow if you win.

5. One entry per person – duplicate entries are prohibited

Each person may enter only once. Duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent entries are strictly prohibited. The following will result in immediate disqualification of all associated entries:

• Entering more than once, or attempting to do so;
• Using multiple, additional, or aliased email addresses to gain extra entries;
• Using disposable, temporary, or auto-generated email addresses;
• Using bots, scripts, automation, or any technical means to submit entries;
• Entering on behalf of, or impersonating, another person;
• Any other attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process.

To enforce this rule, we may use automated and manual checks – including email validation, de-duplication, and IP and device signals – to identify and remove duplicate or suspicious entries. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant we reasonably believe has breached these Terms, and our decisions regarding duplicates and eligibility are final.

6. Winner selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid, confirmed, non-duplicate entries after the entry period closes.

7. Winner verification

Before any prize is awarded, the selected winner must verify their identity to our reasonable satisfaction. This includes confirming ownership of the email address used to enter and providing valid government-issued identification. We use this step to confirm a single, genuine entrant and to prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims. As a further condition of the Giveaway, the winner must also demonstrate an active follow of at least one official JoinProp social channel, matching the platform and username indicated at entry, at the time of verification. If the winner cannot demonstrate this, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn. If the winner cannot be verified, does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, declines the prize, or is found to have breached these Terms, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

8. Prize

The prize is one (1) funded challenge / evaluation account with a $200,000 account size, provided through a partner proprietary trading firm. The prize is subject to the rules, trading conditions, and terms of the firm providing the account. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is offered unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary.

9. Notification

The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter. It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide a valid address and to monitor it.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges that may apply to the prize.

11. Privacy

Email addresses collected through the Giveaway are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be used to administer the Giveaway and, where you have consented, to send newsletter updates, offers, and prop firm news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

12. General

We reserve the right to amend these Terms, or to suspend or cancel the Giveaway, where reasonably necessary or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoinProp is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform or other third party.
