Win rate
What does Win rate mean?
Win rate is the proportion of measured trades that finish profitably. The treatment of breakeven trades and costs should be specified when comparing results.
Example
Eighteen winning trades out of thirty measured trades is a 60% win rate.
Illustrative example; not a provider’s quoted offer. Why it matters for prop traders
A high win rate can still lose money if occasional losses outweigh the typical gains.
