Blueberry Funded Prop Firm Review
By Omer Rapaport
Published: · Last updated:
- Prop arm of Blueberry Markets, an ASIC-regulated Australian broker (since 2016); simulated forex/CFD on MT4/MT5/TradeLocker/DXtrade
- Signature: real regulated-broker parentage — genuine infrastructure and longevity most standalone props lack
- Permissive rules: no consistency rule, no time limit, split 80% up to 90%, scaling to a simulated $2M
- Catch: ASIC covers the broker, not the challenges (offshore); documented breach-at-payout complaints
- 1-/2-/3-step + Instant Funding; sizes $5K–$200K; swap-free available; no US traders

TL;DR: Blueberry Funded in 30 seconds
- What it is: a simulated forex and CFD prop firm launched in August 2024, backed by the broker Blueberry Markets. The operating entity is Blueberry Markets (SVG) LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, with treasury handled by BBF Treasury Pty Ltd.
- Six plans: 1-Step, Flex 1-Step, Prime 2-Step, Instant Elite, Instant Lite and a separate Synthetic Indices 2-Step. Sizes run $1,250 to $200,000, scaling to a simulated $2,000,000.
- Cheapest entry: $25 for a $5,000 Synthetic account, or $37 for a $2,500 Prime 2-Step on the forex side.
- Split: 80% on everything except Flex, which pays 85% bi-weekly, and up to 90% through the scaling plan.
- Payouts: not on demand. The first withdrawal comes 14 days after activation, or 7 with a paid add-on, with a $100 minimum on most plans. Paid by crypto, Rise, or into a Blueberry Markets trading account.
- Platforms: MetaTrader 5, TradeLocker only. The help centre states plainly that TradingView is not offered.
- Biggest catches: Blueberry Funded does not accept traders resident in the United States or Australia, martingale and grid are prohibited, and its Trustpilot rating is currently unavailable on the Trustpilot official website with 35% of its 1,725 reviews at one star.
Pricing snapshot
Every figure below is the list price read from Blueberry Funded’s live plan selector on 17 September 2026, before any discount. Four codes were visible on that date: PRIME50 and PRIMEPASS (50% off, first purchase or new users only), PRIME30 (30% off for existing traders) and FLEX30 (30% off the Flex plan). Discounts of this size run almost permanently in this sector, so treat the list price as the ceiling and the coupon price as the one you will actually pay.

What Blueberry Funded is, and who stands behind it
Blueberry Funded launched in August 2024 as the prop arm of Blueberry Markets, an established retail forex broker. Broker backing is the firm’s central marketing claim, it is on almost every page of the site, and unlike many firms that use the phrase loosely, here it is structurally real: the prop product and the broker are the same group, and funded traders can even take payouts directly into a Blueberry Markets trading account.
The detail worth knowing is which Blueberry entity you are contracting with. The footer states that Blueberry Funded is owned and operated by Blueberry Markets (SVG) LLC, registration 2090 LLC 2022, at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, P.O. Box 2897, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Treasury services are handled by a separate company, BBF Treasury Pty Ltd. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines does not regulate forex brokerage, so the prop product is not sitting under an Australian or European licence even though the broker brand is best known in Australia. Blueberry Funded does not claim otherwise, and the footer is explicit that the accounts are virtual and that fees paid are a subscription rather than client money.
The clearest evidence of how the entity structure actually bites is the restricted list. Blueberry Funded’s own Trading Evaluation Outline names its Restricted Territories as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia (and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), Somalia, the United States, Australia and Syria. Australia being on that list, for a firm whose broker parent is an Australian brand, tells you exactly where the regulatory line has been drawn. The document does allow restricted-country passport holders to trade if they are resident elsewhere and can evidence a residency visa.
The plans, one by one
Blueberry Funded runs three routes in parallel: an evaluation model with three plans, an instant model with two, and a separate synthetic indices challenge. They differ more than the shared branding suggests.
1-Step
The workhorse. A 10% profit target, a 4% daily drawdown, a 6% static maximum drawdown, no consistency rule, a minimum of 3 trading days per phase and an 80% split. Risk on the funded stage is capped at 1.5% unrealised loss per trade idea. It is also the cheapest per dollar of capital across the forex plans: $44 for $5,000 rising to $1,210 for $200,000, with no discount code attached, which means these are the prices you actually pay rather than a headline waiting to be halved.
Flex 1-Step
The most permissive on drawdown and the most restrictive on behaviour. A 12% profit target against a 12% static maximum drawdown and a 3% daily drawdown, no minimum trading days at all, and an 85% split paid bi-weekly, the highest headline split in the range. Maximum unrealised loss per trade idea is tightened to 1%.
Two conditions come with it and they are unusual enough to spell out. First, weekend holding is not permitted on Flex while it is allowed on the other plans. Second, high-impact news trading is banned and enforced through a strike system: the first violation triggers a profit deduction, and the second permanently cuts your split from 85% to 60%. That is not a warning, it is a repricing of your account, and it is the single most important line in Blueberry Funded’s rulebook. Payout requests on Flex must also be for at least 1% of the account’s initial balance. Sizes run $5,000 to $100,000 at $105 to $835.
Prime 2-Step
Marketed as the elite tier and priced like it. Two phases at 8% then 6%, a 4% daily drawdown and a 10% trailing maximum drawdown, no consistency rule, no per-trade risk cap, 3 minimum trading days per phase and an 80% split. It is the only forex plan that sells a $2,500 account, at $37, and the only one besides 1-Step that reaches $200,000, at $1,462.
Note the drawdown type. The homepage panel shows Prime as a 10% maximum drawdown without saying which kind; the firm’s own outline document lists Prime under trailing. A 10% trailing drawdown is materially harder than a 10% static one, and it is the difference between Prime and the older 2-Step it replaced.
Instant Elite
No evaluation and no profit target. A 10% trailing maximum drawdown with a lock, no daily drawdown at all, a 1.5% per-trade-idea cap once funded, a minimum of 5 trading days before a payout and an 80% split. The absence of a daily loss limit is genuinely rare and makes this the most forgiving day-to-day account in the range. You pay for it: $100 for $2,500 up to $2,800 for $100,000, which is roughly four and a half times what the same size costs on 1-Step.
Instant Lite
The cheap way into an instant account and the tightest set of numbers on the site. A 4% trailing maximum drawdown and a 2% daily drawdown, no profit target, no minimum trading days, and a 15% consistency rule applied at payout: no single trading day may account for more than 15% of the profit you are withdrawing. It is the only plan sold at $1,250, for $42.50, and runs to $785 for $100,000.
Two per cent of daily room on a trailing four per cent maximum is a very small box. Read Instant Lite as a low-cost audition rather than a place to build a position, and read the 15% consistency rule as the thing most likely to delay your first payout.
Synthetic Indices 2-Step
A separate challenge for synthetic indices only, explicitly not valid for forex, stocks or metals. Two phases at 10% then 5%, a 10% maximum total loss, a 4% daily loss, a 30% consistency rule, 3 minimum trading days and an 80% share. It is far and away the cheapest entry on the site at $25 for $5,000, rising to $450 for $100,000, and it carries a higher $200 minimum payout.
Blueberry also runs a separate futures brand at blueberryfutures.com. Different product, different rules, and nothing on this page applies to it.

Read on 17 September 2026 from Blueberry Funded’s live plan selector and from its Trading Evaluation Outline and Fees document dated August 2026. Account leverage is 1:30 across the current plans. Maximum inactivity is 30 days, where an inactive day means no trade opened and none closed.
Payouts: how they actually work
This is where Blueberry Funded is conventional, and where the marketing is quieter than the competition’s. There is no payout on demand. The firm’s outline states that the first withdrawal can only be requested after 14 days of being an earning account funded trader. The help centre adds that this drops to 7 days with a paid add-on. After that the account runs on a cycle, with the payout date itself not counting as an active trading day.
Minimums vary by plan: $100 on most accounts, $200 on Synthetic, and 1% of the initial balance on Flex. Before requesting, you must have completed your plan’s minimum trading days, and the help centre specifies that each of those days needs at least 0.5% in closed profit, which is a stricter definition of an active day than most firms use and is easy to fall foul of by trading small.
Three payout methods are offered: crypto, Rise, or transfer into a Blueberry Markets trading account. That third option is the clearest practical benefit of the broker relationship, since it turns a payout into an internal transfer rather than a cross-border payment.
The scaling plan is one of the more generous on paper. Balances increase by 25% every three months up to a maximum allocation of $2,000,000, with the split rising to up to 90%, and the trading objectives staying the same on the larger balance. The qualifying bar is the part to read twice: you need at least 10% net profit across three consecutive months and at least four processed payouts in that same three-month window. Four payouts in three months, on a 14-day minimum cycle, means you must withdraw consistently rather than let the account compound, which is a deliberate design choice and not an accident.
Platforms, instruments and what you may not do
Blueberry Funded offers MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker, on mobile, desktop and web. The help centre states directly that TradingView is not offered as a supported platform. If you have seen Blueberry Funded listed elsewhere with MT4, DXtrade or TradingView, that listing is out of date.
Instrument coverage on the standard plans spans forex, precious metals, indices, stocks and crypto, with synthetic indices carved out into their own challenge and explicitly excluded from the forex plans. The firm advertises the smallest spread on XAU/USD in the industry, a claim we cannot independently verify but which is consistent with a firm running its own broker feed. Account leverage is 1:30.
The prohibited-practice list is longer than average and worth checking against your strategy before you buy. On the earning account Blueberry Funded bars tick scalping, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, account management, reverse arbitrage, martingale trading, grid trading, data feed manipulation and use of a delayed data feed. Across both stages it also lists overleveraging beyond permitted trade size limits, overexposure, stacking trades, one-sided bets, hyperactive trading and chasing losses as gambling practices. There is a minimum five-minute holding period on open positions.
Two of those matter more than the rest. Martingale and grid are banned outright, which rules out a large slice of the retail EA market. And a five-minute minimum hold rules out true scalping regardless of what your platform allows. Neither restriction is unusual on its own; together they define the kind of trader this firm is built for.
One recent addition in the firm’s favour: an account reset option that lets you restart from Phase 1, Phase 2 or a funded account rather than rebuying, with a discounted reset available on Flex if purchased within 7 days of a breach.
Reputation, and the numbers that disagree
Blueberry Funded’s Trustpilot rating is currently unavailable on the Trustpilot official website. The profile still carries 1,725 reviews, and the distribution is visible: 53% five star, 7% four star, 3% three star, 2% two star and 35% one star. Trustpilot also displays a notice on the profile stating that it has removed a number of fake reviews for this company.
We are reporting what the profile shows rather than interpreting it, but two things are worth saying plainly. A one-star share of 35% is roughly three times what a healthy prop firm profile looks like, and a suppressed rating is a signal about how reviews arrived, not necessarily about whether traders get paid. Read the one-star reviews in full and read the company’s replies to them, because that exchange is more informative than any score.
The firm’s own published statistics also disagree with each other depending on which page you land on. The homepage banner says 15,000+ funded traders and $8M+ in payouts. The live payout widget on the same page says $9,046,820 all time across 14K traders, with $208,519 in the last 30 days and a chart running from August 2024. The about page says 50K+ traders. None of these is audited and they cannot all be measuring the same thing. The live widget is the most credible of the three because it is timestamped, updates continuously and is verified through a third-party tracker, so that is the figure we would anchor on.
On the positive side of the ledger, the payout widget existing and working at all puts Blueberry Funded ahead of several competitors whose equivalent pages are broken or empty, and the firm was named Best Broker Backed Firm at the PropFirmMatch 2025 awards.
Who it suits, and who should look elsewhere
It suits you if you want the broker relationship to mean something operationally. Payouts into a Blueberry Markets account, a broker-run price feed and a single group behind both sides is a cleaner arrangement than a prop firm renting liquidity from a partner it does not control.
It suits you if you are a discretionary swing or intraday trader who wants a cheap, honest evaluation. At $44 for a $5,000 1-Step and $25 for a $5,000 synthetic account, the cost of finding out whether you can pass is close to nothing, and the 1-Step numbers (10% target, 6% static drawdown, no consistency rule) are straightforward to plan against.
It suits you if you intend to withdraw regularly. The scaling plan actively requires it, and the 25% quarterly step to a $2,000,000 ceiling is a real path rather than a marketing number.
Look elsewhere if you are resident in the United States or Australia. Both are on the restricted list.
Look elsewhere if you run martingale, grid or scalping systems, or need TradingView. All four are ruled out, and the five-minute minimum hold is enforced at the rule level rather than left to interpretation.
Look elsewhere if you need same-week money. Fourteen days to the first payout, or seven if you pay for it, is the middle of the market and well behind the firms that pay after a single closed trade.
Be careful with Flex. The 85% split and the 12% drawdown look like the best deal on the page, and for a patient trader who never touches a news release they may be. But no weekend holding, a 1% cap on unrealised loss per idea, and a permanent cut to 60% on a second news strike are three conditions that can quietly turn the best plan into the worst one.
Our verdict
Blueberry Funded is a serious, well-built product from a firm with an actual broker behind it, and the pricing on the evaluation side is among the most reasonable in the market. The rule set is coherent, the outline document is public and specific, and the scaling plan is written in a way that suggests someone thought about trader retention rather than churn. For a firm two years old, that is a better foundation than most.
What should give a buyer pause is not the product but the noise around it. A Trustpilot rating that is unavailable, a notice about removed fake reviews, a 35% one-star share and three different trader counts on three pages of the same website are, taken together, the profile of a firm that has grown faster than its own record-keeping. None of that proves anyone went unpaid. All of it means you should verify the specific rules of the specific plan you are buying against the outline document, rather than against a comparison table anywhere, including this one.
If you are going to buy, buy the 1-Step. It is the cheapest, the simplest, and the only forex plan on the site whose price is not a discount waiting to expire.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Blueberry Funded regulated?
The prop product is not. Blueberry Funded is owned and operated by Blueberry Markets (SVG) LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, a jurisdiction that does not regulate forex brokerage. The broker brand it is backed by, Blueberry Markets, is a separate matter from the entity you contract with here. The firm’s own footer states that accounts are virtual and that fees paid are a subscription to take part in trading challenges, not client money.
Can traders in the United States or Australia use Blueberry Funded?
No. Its Trading Evaluation Outline lists Restricted Territories as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia (and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), Somalia, the United States, Australia and Syria. Passport holders from restricted countries may trade if they are resident elsewhere and can evidence a residency visa.
How long until the first payout?
Fourteen days after your earning account is activated, or seven days if you buy the add-on. There is no payout on demand. Minimums are $100 on most plans, $200 on Synthetic and 1% of the initial balance on Flex. Payouts go out by crypto, Rise, or into a Blueberry Markets trading account.
Which trading platforms does Blueberry Funded support?
MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker, on mobile, desktop and web. The help centre states that TradingView is not offered. MT4 and DXtrade are not part of the current line-up.
Which Blueberry Funded plan is cheapest?
Synthetic Indices at $25 for a $5,000 account, though it is restricted to synthetic indices and cannot trade forex, stocks or metals. On the forex side the cheapest entry is the $2,500 Prime 2-Step at $37, and the best value per dollar of capital is the 1-Step, at $44 for $5,000 up to $1,210 for $200,000.
What is the catch with the Flex plan?
Three things. Weekend holding is not permitted. Unrealised loss per trade idea is capped at 1% of the initial balance rather than the usual 1.5%. And high-impact news trading is banned and enforced with strikes: the first violation triggers a profit deduction and the second permanently reduces your split from 85% to 60%. Payout requests on Flex must also be for at least 1% of the initial balance.
Are EAs, martingale or scalping allowed?
Martingale and grid trading are prohibited outright, as are tick scalping, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage and account management. There is a minimum five-minute holding period on every position. Ordinary expert advisors that do not rely on any of those methods are workable, but check your system against the prohibited list before you buy.
What is Blueberry Funded’s Trustpilot rating?
As of 17 September 2026 the rating is unavailable on the Trustpilot official website. The profile holds 1,725 reviews, distributed 53% five star, 7% four star, 3% three star, 2% two star and 35% one star, and Trustpilot displays a notice saying it has removed a number of fake reviews for this company.
How does the scaling plan work?
Balances rise by 25% every three months, up to a maximum allocation of $2,000,000, with the split increasing to up to 90% and the trading objectives unchanged on the larger balance. To qualify you need at least 10% net profit across three consecutive months and at least four processed payouts inside that same three-month period.
