JoinProp Trader Challenges – Participant Agreement

To take part in the JoinProp “Real Prop Challenge”, please read the terms below, then tick the boxes to acknowledge your acceptance of the terms and submit it.

Welcome aboard! Here’s the deal, kept simple. By ticking the box and submitting, you agree to the terms below.

The exchange

We buy you a prop firm challenge account at JoinProp’s expense. In return, you agree to genuinely participate in the challenge, trade the account seriously and in good faith, and document your trading journey publicly on your own social channels.

Before you start

Before starting the challenge, you are responsible for reading and understanding the prop firm’s full terms, trading rules, restrictions, platform conditions and account requirements.

Please make sure the rules and conditions are clear to you before the challenge account is purchased or activated. If there is anything you are not comfortable with or do not understand, you must raise it with JoinProp before starting.

Commitment to complete the challenge

Once JoinProp has purchased the challenge for you and you have started trading, you agree to make a genuine and reasonable effort to continue trading the account until one of the following happens:

You pass the challenge;
You fail or lose the account under the prop firm’s trading rules;
The prop firm terminates or closes the account;
A genuine technical, legal or other material issue makes continued participation impossible; or
JoinProp agrees in writing that you may stop participating.

Changing your mind, deciding that you do not like the prop firm, its platform, its rules, its trading conditions or the overall experience is not, by itself, a valid reason to abandon the challenge after it has started.

The challenge is provided to you at JoinProp’s expense in exchange for your genuine participation and content commitments. By accepting and starting the challenge, you are committing to trade the account seriously and in good faith, rather than simply testing the service and then deciding whether or not you want to continue.

If you voluntarily stop trading or abandon the challenge without one of the reasons listed above, or without prior approval from JoinProp, this will be considered a failure to meet your commitments under this agreement.

What you’ll post

Your kickoff announcement, mentioning JoinProp and including a link to the JoinProp Real Prop Challenge page and a tag/link, according to the social platform you are on.
At least 3 posts a week about your journey, for as long as you are active on the account, including if you pass the challenge and get a funded account.
One final wrap-up at the end – pass or fail, both are genuinely valuable.

On every post, please include:

An affiliate link to the firm you are trading with, which we will provide.
Tag/link JoinProp.
A short paid-partnership disclaimer, for example #ad.

According to your social platform of choice, we will help you by giving you the exact entity to tag or link to, so it is crystal clear.

Your review of the firm

After one month from the date you begin trading, you agree to provide JoinProp with a written review of your experience with the prop firm.

The review should reflect your genuine experience and opinion, whether positive, negative or mixed. JoinProp does not require or expect a positive review. We want your honest assessment of the firm and your experience trading with it.

By submitting the review, you give JoinProp permission to publish, reproduce and feature it on the JoinProp website, social channels and other JoinProp content.

JoinProp may make reasonable edits for spelling, grammar, formatting or clarity, but will not materially change the meaning or opinion expressed in your review.

If your trading experience ends before the first month is completed, JoinProp may ask you to provide the review earlier, based on the experience you had with the firm.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create.

By participating in the Real Prop Challenge, you give JoinProp permission to repost, reproduce and feature content relating to your challenge on the JoinProp website and social channels, and to create and maintain a profile page documenting your journey.

Keeping it fair

The challenge account is provided as part of this exchange and is not a standalone gift.

By accepting and starting the account, you agree to make a genuine effort to participate in the challenge and fulfil the trading, posting and review commitments described in this agreement.

If the required posts or written review are not provided, or if you voluntarily stop participating without a reasonable justification or JoinProp’s approval, JoinProp may pause or remove your profile and you may no longer be eligible for future JoinProp challenges, sponsored accounts or other benefits.

If you do not meet the participation, trading, posting or review commitments set out above, JoinProp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your participation, cease providing any related benefits, remove you from the Real Prop Challenge program and withhold any pending benefits.

If you voluntarily abandon the challenge after JoinProp has purchased or activated the account for you, without an approved reason under this agreement, JoinProp may also require you to reimburse the cost of the challenge account paid on your behalf.

These commitments apply for as long as you hold and actively trade the challenge account, including any funded account obtained through the challenge.

We understand that genuine personal, technical, legal or other exceptional circumstances can sometimes prevent someone from continuing, and we will always consider legitimate situations reasonably.

Good to know

Trading is risky and nothing is guaranteed. Passing the challenge is not required. Honest participation, genuine effort and proper documentation of your experience are what matter.

Your opinion of the prop firm is entirely your own. You are free to share positive, negative or mixed experiences, provided they genuinely reflect your experience.

You’re taking part independently. This isn’t a job or an employment relationship with JoinProp.

By participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
